    You have listed four plus one points within your professional practice which you intend to improve. One by one, I guess.

    I'm sure that you will benefit from your approach to focus upon a limited task and to emphasize on improving it.

    I'm curious about the first, first Designing certificates and printing.

    Which are the challenges you are facing when designing and printing certificates?

    iam very glad to share with you in point two and three. You find it easier to compile exams result when you use microsoft excel, since it helps you sum all the results after entering into the computer.

    Concerning the curriculum there is need to have a workshop in curriculum development and the curriculum should relate to our current standards of education in southern sudan and the labour market.
